President Muhammadu Buhari will on April 11 visit China for a four da state visit to sign a $3.5bn loan for the Nigerian railway. This will be Buhari's first trip to China since becoming President and his 26th outside of Nigeria. The President is currently in the USA where he is attending a nuclear summit.
