Since Nigeria is the 'Giant of Africa', anything that affects us has a way of affecting nearby countries. Due to the lingering fuel crisis in Nigeria, Benin Republic no longer has fuel as well because Nigeria supplies fuel to Benin. Experts say it may also reach Togo soon. More photos after the jump.
